Pesky re-current infected painful Toenails?

A podiatrist is trained to perform nail surgery to help remove the offending part of the nail permanently. 

The procedure will be done under local anaesthetic and in a sterilized field. The offending section of the nail will be cut away with a special instrument to avoid cutting any skin to minimize infection and allows for faster healing. A chemical will then be introduced to the nail root to kill the root off permanently, this way,  no new nail can grow out from tere again.
